AN EVENING AT DELMONICO’S: A Once-in-a-Culinary-Lifetime Dinner




 

Join us for a Once-in-a-Culinary-Lifetime Dinner at the newly reopened Delmonico’s. Curated especially for IACP, this 12-seat Dinner will be served in the opulent Delmonico’s Board Room and will spotlight the famed dishes invented by the iconic restaurant that have been tweaked for the reopening.

Guests will dine on a curated menu with choices including: Oscar’s Wedge Salad, Eye of Delmonico Steak, as well as Delmonico’s Original Baked Alaska which was first invented by Delmonico’s. In addition, this magical dinner will be hosted by Max Tucci, Delmonico’s Executive Vice President and Chief Global Brand Officer. Max is the connection between the past and the present at Delmonico’s and a member of the original Delmonico Tucci family. Delmonico’s first opened in 1837 as the first fine dining restaurant in the country. Max will lead a tour of the restaurant and kitchen and talk about all that has been happening with the amazing reopening.
